Group therapy

Meetings are held in the presence of one or two therapists. Some groups are chosen thematically, for example: a group for women, a group for men, a group for adolescents, a group for co-addicts, for people with anxiety or depression. The therapy is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy and systemic therapy. The effectiveness of group therapy is confirmed by research.

Why in a group?

  • we often experience wounds in a group, which is why a group can also help heal these wounds we learn to be in relationships
  • we have the opportunity to experience a sense of belonging and universality of suffering (“others also have as I do”)
  • we can receive support and a feeling that we are not alone with our suffering
  • participants learn based on their experiences
  • you can experience catharsis – emotional rebirth
  • you can have a good time
